An extraordinary success – this is the estimation of this year's 32^nd International Building Trade Fair stated by Dr. Slobodan Otović, President of the Serbian Civil Engineer and Technician Association, on May 5, the Day of the Association and the Engineer Chamber, at Belgrade Fair.

This year, three exhibitor groups participated in the Building Trade Fair – The Leading International Companies, Successful Local Shareholding Companies and Local Private Companies, the leaders in the civil engineering branch who have shown the latest accomplishments in it. Thus, it is difficult to chose the best ones, but the experts' attention was paid, in Dr. Otović's opinion, to the construction machinery manufacturers, among which the surpassing ones are Caterpillar, OCB, the Swedish highway and street cleaning machine, presented before the Munich Bauma, the mobile batching plant by a Danish manufacturer, etc.

After a long presentation break, three worldwide best known formwork manufacturers attended the event, which will certainly have influence on the quality of the future construction operations. The local manufacturers of construction chemicals, as estimated by Dr. Otović, have shown by their presentation that they came closer to the worldwide level, whereas the brick industry manufacturers reached the European one. Many local manufacturers deserve praising, among them also EUROPOLIS, a manufacturer of steel wire and reinforcement.

It was announced that the Building Trade Fair will be organized next year on April 11 – 15.
